I’ve found the sneakers I want but can’t select my size
You can check on our official site for the product of your size. In case you still could not find. Feel free to contact or customer service team for future product of your size.

What if I'm dissatisfy with the product
In case of unwanted product. You can return the product and get a refund within 2 week. On the condition that the product has to be on the same quality as the day it being sales.

Part of my order is missing
Please contact PISET customer service team via email or office page. Show them your recipe and we try to fix the problem (or refund if prefers).

Which methods of payments can I use?
You can pay with cash at our physical. For online payment PISET product can be purchase with VISA and other digital method provided.

Can you give me more information about the sneakers?
Piset is a custom hand-made sneaker business that generates the design in each shoe by the organization's skilled art team. Every product design will have a history and customers will be able to use the QR code or ID to access information about that shoe design.

Can I track my order ?
Of course, PISET will provide the portal code, which can be use to track your product.
